Mapping your path to Healing - Initial HEART program assessment - 60 min: $475

Mapping & Healing Intensive (Allow 3 hours, with a break at the beach in the middle): $1111

TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH ME:

Weekly sessions/pay as you go:

Individual Sessions: $400 per 50-minute session.

Family/Couple Sessions: $600 per 80-minute session.

*When scheduled in advance, a full one-on-one distance Reiki session can replace weekly sessions.

Standard Fees for Other services

Please note that my hourly rate is the same, whether I am in session with you, or working on your behalf. Other services include: telephone conversations, emails, texts, consulting with other providers, reviewing records, writing letters, psychological reports and treatment summaries. For services under an hour, my rate is based on 15-minute increments, and is calculated at $100.00 per increment.

REDUCED FEE

Please inquire about reduced fee services and discount packages for those with financial hardship. *Limited spaces available.

PAYMENT

Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, or most major Credit Cards are accepted for payment.  Payment is due at time of service.

INSURANCE

I am considered an "Out-of-Network Provider" for insurance companies.  I do not directly accept insurance payments.  I do this because managed care/insurance companies determine the type of therapy and number of sessions you are allowed, even though one formula of treatment does not work best for all people.  I appreciate the freedom to tailor my treatment approach to best suit your needs. They also require a psychiatric diagnosis which becomes part of your permanent health record.  Your privacy and confidentiality can be compromised by their demand for information.  Sometimes the insurance companies require information about family history, substance use, previous psychiatric treatment, medications, abuse history, and other private information.  

If you still wish to use your insurance, I will provide you with a monthly "superbill" following your psychotherapy sessions for you to submit to your insurance.  Most insurance companies will accept this superbill along with your insurance information and reimburse you directly.  Please note that superbills will not be provided for Reiki sessions or missed sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, and you have not notified me at least 24-hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session, unless it was a true emergency. If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged for the full session. Please note that Insurance does not reimburse the cost of missed sessions.

My HEART program is based on a period of time that we enter into a sacred agreement to work together through your healing journey. You have more access to me than other clients, so it is not based on a set number of sessions. Therefore, missed sessions are lost sessions. When scheduled in advance, a phone session or a full one-on-one distance Reiki session can replace weekly sessions.

COVID POLICY

If you have any symptoms of cold or flu, COVID or otherwise, and your appointment is in person, please change it to zoom. If you are too sick to talk, we can cancel and you will not be charged for the session. The health and safety of everyone entering my office is very important to me.

NO SURPRISES ACT

Under the No Surprises Act law, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate.” This law ensures that cash-pay clients know how much their medical and mental health care will cost. You have the right to ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, and to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
